These Gen­er­al Terms and Con­di­tions (GTC) are an inte­gral part of the reg­is­tra­tion and apply to the 5Rhythms Fes­ti­val 2025 in Ruppertshofen.

Par­tic­i­pant
The offer to par­tic­i­pate is open to all inter­est­ed par­ties aged 18 and over. Par­tic­i­pants are respon­si­ble for them­selves. Par­tic­i­pa­tion in this event is at your own risk and is not a sub­sti­tute for ther­a­peu­tic or psy­cho­log­i­cal treat­ment.
Reg­is­tra­tion form
Reg­is­tra­tion takes place via the reg­is­tra­tion form on the web­site. Reg­is­tra­tion must be received by the reg­is­tra­tion dead­line on 15 July at the lat­est. You will then receive a con­fir­ma­tion of reg­is­tra­tion by e‑mail, usu­al­ly with­in a week, includ­ing a request for pay­ment for your cho­sen options. With the con­fir­ma­tion of your reg­is­tra­tion, a legal­ly bind­ing con­tract has been con­clud­ed. The reg­is­tra­tion is deemed to have been com­plet­ed as soon as the organ­is­er has received the cor­re­spond­ing amounts in due time after send­ing the reg­is­tra­tion con­fir­ma­tion. If the event or parts of it are ful­ly booked, a writ­ten can­cel­la­tion will be sent. Reg­is­tra­tions will be con­sid­ered in the order in which they are received and are only valid if they con­tain the required infor­ma­tion. Com­mit­ments for evening tick­ets on Thurs­day evening will only be made after the ear­ly bird dis­count has expired, pro­vid­ed that places are still available.

Can­cel­la­tion by the par­tic­i­pant
The par­tic­i­pant may with­draw from the con­tract at any time up to the start of the event by sub­mit­ting a writ­ten dec­la­ra­tion to the organ­is­er. The effec­tive date is the date on which the organ­is­er receives the dec­la­ra­tion of with­draw­al. In each case of with­draw­al by the participant(s), the organ­is­er is enti­tled to the fol­low­ing flat-rate com­pen­sa­tion, tak­ing into account the expens­es usu­al­ly saved:

Can­cel­la­tion by 31 May 2025: € 50.00
In the event of can­cel­la­tion by 29 June 2025: € 75.00
In the event of can­cel­la­tion by 15 July 2024: € 125.00

Can­cel­la­tion after the reg­is­tra­tion dead­line on 15 July or non-par­tic­i­pa­tion with­out can­cel­la­tion: 100% of the par­tic­i­pant fee The par­tic­i­pant fee is made up of the fes­ti­val prices accord­ing to the announce­ment and the prices of the accom­mo­da­tion and meals select­ed by the organ­is­er.
We would like to point out that non-par­tic­i­pa­tion in the event with­out an express writ­ten dec­la­ra­tion of can­cel­la­tion is not con­sid­ered a can­cel­la­tion, but in this case the par­tic­i­pant remains oblig­ed to pay the full can­cel­la­tion fee.
Par­tic­i­pa­tion in an event for only part of the time does not enti­tle the par­tic­i­pant to a reduc­tion in the respec­tive price. The same applies to spon­ta­neous­ly can­celled meals.

If a sub­sti­tute par­tic­i­pant can be nom­i­nat­ed to take the place in the event of can­cel­la­tion, a fee of €50.00 will be charged. The amounts already paid remain with the organiser.

Pay­ment
With the reg­is­tra­tion con­fir­ma­tion you will receive an email list­ing the book­ings with the amounts to be trans­ferred to the organ­is­er; the due date is not­ed on the reg­is­tra­tion confirmation/invoice. The organ­is­er has the right to with­draw from the con­tract if pay­ment is not made on time. The guest house will issue a sep­a­rate invoice for accommodation/catering. This will be sent dur­ing the month of June.
Ser­vices not utilised
If the par­tic­i­pant does not make use of indi­vid­ual ser­vices due to late arrival or ear­ly depar­ture or for oth­er rea­sons for which the organ­is­er is not respon­si­ble, a pro rata refund is not possible.

Can­cel­la­tion by the organiser/changes to pro­grammes
The organ­is­er may can­cel the event and with­draw from the con­tract if the required min­i­mum num­ber of par­tic­i­pants has not been reached or if it is not pos­si­ble to hold the event, for exam­ple due to restric­tions imposed by reg­u­la­tions, because a speak­er who is impor­tant for the suc­cess of the event is unable to attend due to ill­ness or oth­er rea­sons for which the organ­is­er is not respon­si­ble, or because the rooms are not avail­able due to force majeure. The organ­is­er reserves the right to change the fes­ti­val pro­gramme, e.g. by offer­ing suit­able replace­ments for pre­vent­ed 5Rhythms teach­ers or by post­pon­ing the sched­ule. In the event of can­cel­la­tion by the organ­is­er, the fees paid will be refund­ed minus a fee of € 50.00 each.
Accom­mo­da­tion
Accom­mo­da­tion in the guest house will be in the room cat­e­gories shown in the pro­gramme. If your accom­mo­da­tion require­ments can­not be met on the premis­es of the guest house, you will find infor­ma­tion on inde­pen­dent accom­mo­da­tion options on the web­site.
Pets
Pets are not per­mit­ted. This does not apply to assis­tance dogs for the dis­abled. The own­er is liable for any dam­age caused by the assis­tance dog. The own­er is liable for any dam­age caused by the assis­tance dog.

Please inform us when reg­is­ter­ing if you are bring­ing a dis­abled assis­tance dog.
Stay­ing overnight in a tent or car
Overnight accom­mo­da­tion in a dor­mi­to­ry or in a tent brought along is only pos­si­ble to a lim­it­ed extent on the premis­es of Berufsvor­bere­itungswerk Ostalb gGmbH. You will be informed togeth­er with your enrol­ment con­fir­ma­tion whether such accom­mo­da­tion is still pos­si­ble. Overnight guests who are stay­ing in their own car/motorhome or sim­i­lar can use the park­ing spaces pro­vid­ed near the hall, the rooms in the guest house and the break­fast facil­i­ties. The school­yard will again be avail­able as a car park this year.
Lia­bil­i­ty
Any lia­bil­i­ty of the organ­is­er and its aux­il­iary per­sons for per­son­al injury and dam­age to prop­er­ty is exclud­ed, except in cas­es of intent or gross neg­li­gence. Par­tic­i­pa­tion in the event con­sti­tutes accep­tance of this exclu­sion of lia­bil­i­ty. The organ­is­er is not liable for dis­rup­tions to ser­vices, per­son­al injury or dam­age to prop­er­ty in con­nec­tion with ser­vices that are mere­ly arranged as third-par­ty ser­vices.
If the organ­is­er is forced to can­cel an event, there is no enti­tle­ment to the event tak­ing place. The organ­is­er can also not be oblig­ed to com­pen­sate for trav­el or accom­mo­da­tion costs, loss of work­ing hours or oth­er claims. The organ­is­er is not liable for indi­rect dam­ages, in par­tic­u­lar loss of prof­it or third-par­ty claims.

Lia­bil­i­ty for parked cars and items brought in
If a park­ing space is made avail­able on the organiser’s premis­es, this does not con­sti­tute a safe­keep­ing agree­ment. The organ­is­er is not oblig­ed to mon­i­tor the car park. The organ­is­er is not liable for dam­age to the vehi­cle caused in a park­ing space pro­vid­ed.
The organ­is­er is not liable for dam­age, loss or theft of items and valu­ables brought in or brought along by guests. Items left behind will only be for­ward­ed on request and at the expense and risk of the par­tic­i­pant. The organ­is­er under­takes to keep the items for two months.
Lim­i­ta­tion peri­od, data pro­tec­tion
Claims of the par­tic­i­pant against the organ­is­er, regard­less of the legal grounds — with the excep­tion of claims of the par­tic­i­pant in tort — expire one year after the con­trac­tu­al­ly agreed end date of the event.
Par­tic­i­pants’ per­son­al data will be care­ful­ly pro­tect­ed by the organ­is­er. They are used to process the event and the book­ing process­es. The data will also be used to send infor­ma­tion mate­r­i­al from the organ­is­er. Fur­ther­more, per­son­al data will not be passed on to third par­ties with­out consent.

Valid­i­ty
All infor­ma­tion on dates, prices, ser­vices and pro­grammes is cor­rect at the time of printing/publication. We express­ly reserve the right to make changes. Only writ­ten agree­ments are valid. No lia­bil­i­ty is accept­ed for print­ing errors. Should any of the above pro­vi­sions be or become invalid, the remain­ing pro­vi­sions shall nev­er­the­less remain valid.
